Ehrhardt, Keefe, Steiner, Hottman PC, Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, has audited the financial statements of the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) Foundation, Inc. (a Colorado non-profit corporation) for year ended June 30, 2012, and the related statements of activities and cash flows and have issued their report as attached. It is the responsibility of the independent auditors of the UNC Foundation to plan and perform an audit to obtain reasonable, but not absolute, assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatement and are fairly presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
